Change keyboard language on Windows

1. Click on the start menu and click on Control Panel.
2. Make sure that the control panel view is set to Category.
3. Click on Change keyboards or other input methods.
4. Click on Change keyboards...
5. Click on Add.. to add keyboard languages or click on a language and click on Remove to remove it.

On Windows XP

1. Click on the start menu and click on Control Panel.
2. Double-click on Regional and Language Options.
3. In the Languages tab, click on Details...
4. Click on Add.. to add keyboard languages or click on a language and click on Remove to remove it.
